Introduction to Workforce

RevasOS Workforce (Humans) is the admin-only application where you manage your organization's human resources. It is the foundation for time tracking, attendance, absence management, and workload monitoring across the platform.

Admin only

This application is available to administrators only. Regular collaborators do not have access to the Workforce app.

What Workforce helps you do

Workforce is the central place for all human resource administration in RevasOS.

  • Manage human resources by creating and maintaining resource records for every collaborator.
  • Assign work hours contracts that define expected working days and daily hours for each resource.
  • Configure workplaces where collaborators clock in for attendance tracking.
  • Set up absence types such as vacation, sick leave, and personal days.
  • Monitor allocations to see how working time is distributed across projects and resources.
  • Keep historical records of contract changes without losing past data.

How the app is organized

Workforce is structured around a few main areas.

  • Dashboard β€” overview of the workforce with quick access to resources and operations.
  • Resources list β€” all human resources in the organization, with filters and detail views.
  • Allocations β€” workload distribution view across resources, filterable by week, month, or year.
  • Workplaces β€” physical locations available for attendance tracking.
  • Absences β€” absence types configured for the organization.
  • Settings β€” administrative options and app configuration.

How it connects to other apps

Workforce provides the foundational data that other RevasOS apps rely on.

  • Timesheets uses work hours contracts to calculate balances, expected hours, and generate meaningful reports.
  • Timecards uses workplaces for clock-in and clock-out tracking.
  • Projects uses resource allocations for workload planning.
  • Reimbursements links expense reports to collaborators managed in Workforce.
