How-to create a new expense invoice

In this guide you will learn how to quickly create a new expense invoice using the Invoices app in RevasOS.

Create a new expense

To create a new expense in the Invoices app follow these steps:

  1. Open the Invoices app from your RevasOS environment;
  2. Select All documents under the Purchases section in the left sidebar of the app;
  3. Click on New invoice;
  4. Insert all the invoice's details;
  5. Click Save;

Note:

At this stage you can also add the expense to a specific budget line in a project by searching for the budget line in the dedicated text field.
