How to create a dynamic preview of a blog

In a web page you can insert a block directly linked to a library. In this way, the block will be synchronized with the uploaded posts and will show the latest ones you have published without having to add subblocks manually.

Add a dynamic preview of a blog

Enter the Websites app Dashboard, you can find the Websites app in the store.

  1. Search for the website where you want to add the preview and click Edit in the correct language;
  2. Select Pages from the left menu;
  3. Select the page you want to add the block to;
  4. Select New Dynamic Preview where you want to add the new block;
  5. In the editor, start typing the title of the library and select the result from the drop-down to connect it;
  6. Click Save in the top right corner of the page;

All changes will soon be live and available to visitors.

Edit a dynamic preview of a blog

Go to the Websites app Dashboard, you can find the Websites app in the store.

  1. Find the website where you want to edit the preview and click Edit in the correct language;
  2. Select Pages from the left menu;
  3. Select the page you want to make changes to;
  4. Select the block you want to edit by clicking the pencil icon;
  5. Edit all the details you want to change in the editor that opens on the right:
  • you can change the linked library;
  • by clicking Edit information you can customize the title, description, link, image/video and type of sub-blocks;
  1. Click Save in the bottom right corner of the pop-up editor.

All changes will soon be live and available for visitors.

Delete a dynamic preview of a blog

Go to the Websites app Dashboard, you can find the Websites app in the store.

  1. Find the website where you want to delete the preview and click Edit in the correct language;
  2. Select Pages from the menu on the left;
  3. Select the page you want to delete the block from;
  4. Click the button with the trash icon;
  5. Click Publish.

All changes will soon be live and available for visitors.

Note:

If you have multiple languages ​​for your websites, you will need to make the same changes to all of them. Simply select the desired language in step 1.
