Create a profile in RevasOS #

With this guide you can successfully create your account to access RevasOS services.

Login #

Login to RevasOS is done passwordless, meaning that there is no need to create a password to remember. Passwordless login is done in two ways:

• entering your email, each time you will search for a unique code to enter;
• using Login with Google.

Code login #

1. Enter email in the provided field;
2. Click on Submit;
3. Check in your mail client that you have received an email from RevasOS containing the code. Also check your spam and special folders, if you have any active. Once you have retrieved the codcie, copy it;
4. Insert the code in the provided field and click on Submit.

Login with Google #

1. Click the button Signup with Google;
2. Log in to your Google account;
3. Grant all permissions to Revas and continue.

Create a profile #

Once logged in, if you have never created a user account on RevasOS you will be prompted to create one:

1. Insrt your full name and surname;
2. A username is automatically generated from the first name and last surname. You can also change it: remember that a username cannot contain special characters, uppercase letters and spaces, but only lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens;
3. Confirm terms and conditions and click Create.

Now your RevasOS profile is ready.

Access to the apps #

If you are creating the profile as a result of an invitation to collaborate received from an existing organization, click the I am a collaborator button and then the Go to apps button to access your desktop. You can now proceed to install apps to get started.

Creating a space inside a new organization #

If you are creating a new organization's space instead, click the I am an administrator button to access the creation panel, then:

1. Insert the organization's name;
2. A unique alias is automatically generated from the name. You can also change it: remember that an alias (like a username) cannot contain special characters, uppercase letters and spaces, only lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens;
3. Confirm the terms and conditions and click Create to access the organization's new desktop.

Now you can add collaborators or install the apps to get started.
