🎨 Basic customization
The graphic style of a template comes from different elements that range from a basic and already very effective initial customization to advanced customizations that allow you to create complex graphic styles and advanced behaviors via scripts.
A great start
With basic customization you can give the website a distinctive graphic character with minimal effort.
Theme
Each RevasOS web project comes with a theme. The theme allows you to configure the graphic characteristics of the template through a simplified interface.
From the theme you can change the logo and favicon, the primary color used by elements such as buttons and backgrounds, the font and the rounding of the edges of tabs and sections.
Template
In addition to the theme, the different RevasOS templates have different graphic characteristics between them. For example, the "default" template is simple and clean while the "journal" template has a style more similar to an online diary.
Graphic assets
Another great way to personalize your website is to use graphic assets and coordinated images. If you have a defined brand identity or graphic style, you can insert illustrations, graphics and other assets. Some ways to use graphics are:
- icons in grid tabs or lists
- separators between sections
- juxtaposing text sections
Graphics can be static images but also GIFs or YouTube videos - this way you can choose the format that best suits your needs and your communication goals.
