Import employees in bulk
If you need to import a large number of employees into RevasOS — for example during the initial setup of your organization — the bulk import is handled by the RevasOS team.
How it works
RevasOS supports bulk employee import from Excel or CSV files. Since the import involves mapping your data to the correct fields and validating it before loading, the process is managed directly by our team to ensure data quality and avoid errors.
What to do
- Prepare your employee list in an Excel or CSV file with the data you want to import (names, emails, tax information, contracts, etc.).
- Contact the RevasOS team using one of the options below.
- The team will review your file, confirm the mapping, and complete the import for you.
How to request the import
Choose the option that works best for you:
- Open a support ticket — send your request and attach the file at support@revas.app or through the support page.
- Contact your sales representative — if you have a dedicated RevasOS contact, reach out to them directly. They can coordinate the import with the technical team.
Tip
The sooner you prepare and send the file, the faster your organization will be up and running. Most imports are completed within 48 hours of receiving the file.
After the import
Once the import is completed, you will find all employees in the Contacts app with their personal details, and — if work hours contracts were included in the file — also in the Workforce app as human resources.
From there, you can:
- review and enrich individual profiles;
- assign work hours contracts if they were not part of the import;
- proceed with the rest of the admin setup.
