Export all Expenses and Expense reports

Before you start:

In order to follow this part of the guide you need the admin role and permissions. For more infos please read the roles and permissions page.
This operations can be performed only from desktop devices.

RevasOS allows you to quickly export all the Expense reports for one period of time in one single file, offering also the possiblity of contact filtering in order to only export reports linked to a specific contact. You can choose between exporting Expenses or Expense reports, depending on what your goal is.

Export all Expenses

The Reimbursements app allows you to export a list of all the expenses in a XLS, CVS or JSON file and give you advanced filtering options to make sure you get a list that is fit for your purpose. To export the expenses list simply follow these steps:

Open the Reimbursements app in your RevasOS environment;
Click on Operations in the lower part of the lest sidear;
Select Export expenses;
You can now filter the expenses by:
- Type: you can choose between exporting all, to be reimbursed, reimbursed, rejected and annulled;
- Time frame: you can inster the exact time period of which you want the expenses exported;
Click on the type of file you want to export;

Export all Expense reports

If insted you want to export a PDF file with all the expense reports inside you can follow these steps:

Open the Reimbursements app in your RevasOS environment;
Click on Operations in the lower part of the lest sidear;
Select Export expense reports;
You can now filter the expense reports by:
- Type: you can choose between exporting all, to be reimbursed, reimbursed, rejected and annulled;
- Time frame: you can inster the exact time period of which you want the expenses exported;
- Contact: you can choose to epxort onle reports linked to a specific contact. If you want to export reports for all contacts simply leave this field empty;
Click Request PDF;

You will shortly recieve an email with the temporary link to download the PDF file with the exported reports.
