Integration between Projects and Reimbusements

You can use the Reimbursments app in RevasOS to manage the expenses sustained by team members working on a project by using the close integration between the Reimbursements app and the Projects app.

If you have activated the budgeting functions of a project in the Projects app you can add a budget line to both expenses and expense reports in the Reimbursments app. This way you can streamline the financial reporting of a project while also making it much more reliable. When a budget line is added to either an expense or an expense report the project's budget will be automatically updated to reflect the current situation. So that other team members can have a clear and updated view of the financial resources still available.
