Our Pricing Model
At RevasOS we are introducing a pure pay-per-use pricing model, unique in the Italian HR market.
Instead of forcing you to pay expensive monthly licences for "empty seats" (such as when an employee is on long-term sick leave or the business is seasonal), we are preparing a proposal for you based on a logic of total transparency:
- An accessible base cost (floor) — To guarantee cloud infrastructure, security, and updates.
- Pay only for active users — A unit cost applied exclusively to employees who generate at least one activity during the month.
- Billing based on consumed resources — We measure actual usage (number of clock-ins, timesheet rows, expense reports entered).
- Maximum spending caps — Every usage item has a monthly cap per employee, ensuring your costs never spiral out of control.
