RevasOS PM Suite Summary
Thank you for the time you dedicated to our hands-on session. This document summarises the key points of the RevasOS Project Management infrastructure we discussed together, to help you share the value of our solution with your partners and operational leadership.
The value pillars
Real-time financial reporting
No other tool on the Italian market gives you such a clear and immediate view. Our four-pillar report (Time, Costs, Revenue, Profit) shows you the margin of every single project in real time. You don't have to wait for quartely closing to know whether a project is eroding your profits.
The project as the single source of truth
Ditch the Excel sheets, the hour-tracking tools and the expense-report chats. In RevasOS PM, every project becomes a centralised profit unit: budget, worked hours, travel expenses and purchase/sales invoices all converge in a single flow, eliminating the days lost in tedious manual reconciliation.
The natural bridge to HR
RevasOS grows with your needs. When your organisation matures the need to manage certified attendance, shift planning and leave policies for your payroll consultant, activating the Professional HR Suite will happen on the same architecture. Your team profiles are already in the system: no migration, zero friction.
Key features
An ecosystem engineered to connect operations to management control:
- Project & budget management — Planning cost and revenue estimates for each phase (milestone). Includes the Resource workload view to prevent bottlenecks in the team.
- Timesheets & availability — Rapid hour entry from smartphone. The data instantly feeds the "Actual Costs/Time" column of the project budget.
- Invoice register (Beta) — Invoice recording with Italian tax-compliant data structure. Links sub-contractor costs and client revenues directly to the project budget lines.
- Digital expense reports — Travel expenses no longer end up in the general-cost pool; they are allocated and approved directly on the project that generated them.
- Records & team — Structured database for clients, suppliers and collaborators, the essential foundation for resource assignment.
- Task management — The team's daily operations list, seamlessly integrated with project tasks for deliverable monitoring.
Use cases
We designed RevasOS PM to address the complex dynamics of organisations that sell expertise and time.
Agencies and creative studios
We provide immediate visibility into the profitability of dozens of parallel projects. The art director or copywriter logs hours in 30 seconds, the budget updates by the minute, and you immediately see the project-close forecast.
IT consultancies and software houses
We close the gap between task tracking (Jira, etc.) and invoicing (Fatture in Cloud, etc.). A single flow from task to real margin, eliminating the "hidden tax" of monthly reconciliation.
Engineering and professional firms
We turn multi-year projects (public and private) into transparent cost centres. Actual vs estimated costs always up to date: you know exactly how much every surveying, design or site-supervision phase has cost you.
Our consumption-based pricing model
At RevasOS we are introducing a pure pay-per-use pricing model for Project Management, designed to align your investment with the real value you extract from the platform.
Instead of the traditional licence model ("pay for every user, even if they don't use the software"), we are preparing a commercial proposal based on these transparency principles:
- An accessible monthly floor — For access to the cloud infrastructure, data security and continuous updates.
- Costs tied to real activity — You only pay for collaborators and organisations that generate activity in the month (hour logging, task management).
- Billing based on business volume (Resources) — Cost scales according to how many projects you keep Running, how many active budgets you manage and how many Financial Reports you pull for management control. A project that pauses costs you nothing.
- Maximum spending caps — To protect clients with intensive usage (e.g. hundreds of tasks or many budget lines), we apply maximum caps per project: costs will never spiral out of control.
Our sales team will send you a detailed cost simulation, built on the operational volumes (team size, number of active projects, budget complexity) that emerged during our analysis.
