Frequently Asked Questions
"Why can't I see the website when I visit the domain?"
If configured correctly, the domain is connected to RevasOS and you can view the website when you visit it. First, make sure all the configurations have been applied: go to the service you use to manage the domain and view the DNS. You should see the following:
- a TXT record with the name
[numeric code].yourdomain.x
and the valuerevas-site-verification=[alpha-numeric-code]
- a A record with the name
yourdomain.x
and the value34.88.69.6
If the configurations are present, make sure there are no other records of the same type and name that may overlap.
If the configurations are correct and unique, try waiting a few hours: some services take a while to propagate all changes to DNS records.
If a while has passed, submit a support request.
