Default roles

The default roles in Tasks allow you to delegate various functions of the softwre in an easy and structured way.


Roles and permissions for Tasks are linked to the Projects roles and permissions and the reporting permissions are linked to the Timesheets roles and permissions. To know more please read:

The main roles involved in tasks are:

Project admin

This role allows to view and create projects, milestones and tasks for all contributors.

Timesheets user

The Timesheet user is able to create and edit timesheet items of his own linked contact. He is not able to view the details of other collaboratos. He cannot edit or delete items locked by the administrator.
