Berfore you start:
To be able to add an international version you must be appointed as website editor.
Create an international version
In RevasOS different language versions of a wesite behave as their own entity even though they are all linked to the same domain. So, to add a new language version to a website follow these steps:
- Open the Websites app in RevasOS;
- In the Dasboard locate the website group you want to add a new language to;
- Click on the "Add language" button inside the website group;
This will have effectively created a new blank website that has the same theme and branding of the website group but needs to be structured from thre ground up. To do so you can follow the steps in the create a website guide.
Tip
This gives you the ability to have different website structires and different page contents depending on the language, to better adapt to the different user bases cultures.
