How to add images to a page

Before you begin:

To use this part of the editor, you must have created a website with at least one page. For more information, read how to create a website. Also, to change the important notice and the highlighted section of a page, you must have assigned the role of editor of the page.

Add images

Go to the Websites app Dashboard, you can find the Websites app in the store.\

1. Search for the website you want to add images to;
2. Click Edit inside the language of the site where you want to add the page;
3. Click the page where you want to add the image;
4. Click the edit button of the block or subblock you want to add the image to;
5. If there is already an image, click the pencil-shaped edit button or the trash can button and then Add image to open the upload panel;
6. Click Add new file and then click Upload file to open the upload panel and select the image you want to upload from your computer;
7. Once the image is uploaded, click the Publish button located under the image to make it publicly visible if it was added.
8. Click the image you just uploaded to insert it.

You can also upload images in the Images section of the web structure editor sidebar. This way you can upload images before accessing the point where you want to insert them.

Remember to publish the image

To be publicly displayed, an image must have a public link that anyone can reach. For this reason, if you want to add an image to a website you must first publish it.
