This guide is designed to ensure a smooth and easy activation process of workspaces and accounts for your clients.

Steps

Create the organization/workspace ​

RevasOS allows you to create many separate workspaces (or "Organizations") where you can add web projects. Thanks to this separation, you can manage the different clients in an orderly and clear manner.

πŸš€ An organization for each client

Create an organization for each client you manage - this way you can keep all projects and data separate.

Once you have created the organization, you can proceed to create the web project and develop it. You can decide whether to add the customer as a collaborator of the organization immediately or at the end of development. If you add them immediately, they will be able to make changes and access web projects.

Helpful tip

If you then want to leave complete management of the organization to the customer, you can have the space collaborators remove them.

Invite the customer as a collaborator ​

Collaborators of an organization can find it in the list of their organizations and can access and modify the resources.

Always verify the email: Make sure that the email address entered for the invitation matches the one the customer will use to register.

If you want your client to be able to add new collaborators, you must make them a superadmin.

Enable the client to use RevasOS successfully ​

Now that your client has access to the web projects you have created, you can send the following resources to enable effective and clear use of RevasOS by them or their team.

Tip

Suggest a time with your customer on video call or in person to review the software together. There is no need to do a complete demo, but listen to their practical questions to provide direct answers to their main needs.
