Manage teams

In order to use this part of the system you need to be a super admin. To get more oinformations abut how to manage super admins ins RevasOS you can read the manage super admins guide.

Teams list

The team list contains a table with the names of the teams in the organization. Clicking on the team name in the table will take you to the team details.

Clicking the New Team button takes you to the team creation screen. Find all the details of the procedure in the create a team quick start.

Team's details

Clicking on a team's name from the team list will take you to its detail page, where you can see its basic information and a rundown of the contributors who are part of it. If the user is a Super admin you will see a purple label that says Super admin under his or her name.

Clicking Edit takes you to the edit screen of a team. You can edit its name and add or edit its description.

Clicking the View Advanced Options panel opens the list of operations that you can perform on the team:

  • Delete Team opens the team deletion panel. Since deleting the team the loss of all team-specific permissions of the contributors on the team, confirmation is required before the actual deletion. Please proceed with caution when deleting a team, ensuring that you can actually proceed with its deletion or restore it in case of an error.

The list of collaborators lists all collaborators who have been added to the team. By clicking the Add Collaborator button (or in case no collaborators have been added to any team, the Add Collaborator button inside the Add Collaborators box) you access the Add Collaborators screen.

Clicking the wheel at the end of each row in the collaborator table brings up the context panel to remove the collaborator from the team quickly. Clicking the Remove collaborator opens the panel to delete the collaborator. Since deletion of the collaborator involves his or her complete exclusion from the system, a confirmation is requested before the actual deletion. Please proceed with caution when deleting an employee, ensuring that you can actually proceed with the deletion or restore the employee in case of an error.
