Roadmap for Collaborators and teams

WARNING

The roadmap presents the features that were positively evaluated during the technology assessment process. The development plan may be subject to major changes, or even be totally eliminated and replaced, and should not be regarded as a list of planned and certain features.

Limited collaborators for specific domains

You will be able to configure the specific email domains of users you want to have authorized access to the organization. For example, if the domain linked to the organization is example.com then only @example.com emails will be allowed into the system. This is an additional protection system in case users are added by mistake or have attempted identity theft. Specific domains will be usable only with domains called corporate (so domains such as gmail.com, outlook.com, ... cannot be used).

Mandatory two-factor authentication

You will be able to configure the organization to allow access only to users with two-factor authentication enabled. Revas only allows access via SSO and Passwordless, but you will also be able to add SMS two-factor authentication and via physical authentication key.

Automatic user creation for verified domains

You will be able to verify an organization's domain by DNS records in order to automatically generate new users when adding new collaborators. This will allow new collaborators who were not using RevasOS to have their accounts ready and configured for use.
