Create many timesheets at once
Before you start:
To use this part of the system, you must have the following permissions:
- Timesheet user to create and edit your own timesheets;
- Timesheet and Attendance Manager to view, edit and create timesheets for all employees;

You can create many timesheets at once, e.g. to correctly report all holiday days or to report a series of recurring tasks in advance for a defined period of time. Only users with the Time and Attendance Sheet Manager permission can create time and attendance sheets for others.
Note:
A maximum of 52 timesheets can be created at one time.
To add multiple timesheets at once, simply follow these steps:
From a desktop device
- In the section My Schedules, click the button New Presence or In the section Calendar click the space where you want to enter the first schedule;
- Click on Do you want to enter several times at once? Click here (you can find it under the end date field).
- Enter the details of the first timesheet to be entered, i.e. its date (in format DDD-MM-YY) and the total hours (in format HH:MM:SS) of the first attendance or absence.
If you want to enter the start and end information more precisely click on the tick Enter precise start and end hours and fill in the Start Date and Time and End Date and Time fields (both in DDD-MM-YY HH:MM:SS format).
- Select the Repeat mode between Weekly or Monthly, select the days you want the timesheet to repeat for and the Repetiton end date;
- Enter the description if necessary. At this stage you can link a task and a place of work/type of absence;
- IMPORTANT: Carefully review the data you have entered. This screen offers the possibility of creating many attendances at once: once created, any errors will have to be corrected by hand for each attendance entered, one at a time.
- Click Continue and then Confirm and Create in the panel that appears if the data you have entered is correct.
If you are entering someone else's time, search for and enter the contact to be linked in the Contact bar at the top of the page.
From a mobile device
- Open the Timesheets app from your homescreen or from the link https://timesheets.eu1.revas.app;
- From the My Schedules or Calendar section, click the + button and select the type (Presence or Absence);
- Click on Do you want to enter several times at once? Click here (you an find it under the End date field).
- Enter the details of the first timesheet to be entered, i.e. its date (in format DDD-MM-YY) and the total hours (in format HH:MM:SS) of the first attendance or absence.
