Website Editor

The dashboard is the main page for managing your websites within the CMS and website builder. Here you will find a complete overview of the main features and resources connected to your projects.

Web Project Editor

The dashboard opens with the list of all your active web projects. For each web project you can see:

  • the name,
  • access the preview link,
  • access the editing and changing of the connected template
  • access the settings

You can also see all the connected resources such as:

  • languages ​​and web structures,
  • blogs and libraries

On this page you can add new web resources, connect new resources to web projects or modify those already connected.

There is also the navigation bar that includes quick links to:

  • Languages: Access the app to manage the different languages ​​of all websites.
  • Libraries: Access the app to manage all libraries and their contents.
  • Domains: Access the app for advanced domain management.
  • Customer Support: Direct access to request support from the technical team.
  • Documentation and Guides: Detailed support to solve problems or learn how to use new features.

Templates and branding

For each website you can access the theme and template editing panel.

Settings and Advanced Operations

For each website you can access the settings and advanced operations panel. Here you will find all the available operations:

  • Additional data: Edit here the additional data required for example by the template of the selected site
  • Custom code injection: Manage here the code injection to integrate custom code, such as cookie banners and analysis tools
  • Delete: Access the site deletion page. This operation deletes the external site and makes it inaccessible. The site structure and content remain available within RevasOS.

Page and structure editor

When you click edit a language version of a web project you access the specific editor.

List of pages

The editor opens with the list of all web pages. For each page you can see the title, slug, publication status and a series of buttons to access quick operations such as:

  • Editing SEO & Socials information
  • Publishing settings
  • Advanced operations

Clicking the page name accesses the web page editor to edit blocks and sub-blocks.

Media and images

The media and image editor allows you to view all the photos present on all the pages of the website in one centralized place and to upload new ones.

In this section you can edit the main navigation links and any additional links.

Marketing

In this section you can set the marketing goals of the website by editing or adding a main action, a highlighted section and a notification banner.

Settings

In settings you can change the website title, edit additional data and manage authors.

Advanced operations

In advanced operations you can change the website slug, manage its publication or proceed to its definitive deletion.

Blog and Content Editor

From the dashboard you can access the editor of a blog, where you can manage the contents of that blog, change its settings and perform advanced operations.

Content List

In the content list you see all the contents you have created, along with the following information:

  • title;
  • publication status;
  • last modified date.

You also find access for each content to quick operations, such as SEO & Socials settings and publishing management. The contents are sorted by publication date, from the most recent to the least recent.

By clicking on the title of a content you access the text editor.

Settings

In the library settings you can change the title, description and language.

Advanced operations

In the advanced library operations you can proceed to modify the slug and to its eventual deletion.

Authors

The authors section allows you to manage in one place all the authors that you can connect to libraries, contents and websites.

The list shows the following information:

  • author profile photo (if present),
  • full name.

By clicking on the author's name, you access the detail and edit panel of the individual author, where you can change the title, description, photo and all of their links.

Domain editor

From the dashboard, you can access the editor of a blog, where you can manage the contents of that blog, change its settings and perform advanced operations.

Domain list

The list of domains contains the tabs of all the domains that have been connected to your RevasOS organization. If the domain has not been verified, you will find the verification information for the DNS.

Redirect rules

On the detail page of each domain you will find the list of redirect rules that you can edit, add or delete.

Operations

The operations screen for a domain provides access to operations such as deleting the domain.
