Export your Timesheets calendar with iCal (ICS)

If you want to receive notifications (reminders) for events created in Timesheets, the recommended solution is to connect your Timesheets calendar to your calendar app via iCal (ICS).

Note

RevasOS currently does not send notifications for Timesheets events. Notifications are managed by your calendar app (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, etc.).

Get your iCal (ICS) link

1. Open the Timesheets app
2. Go to Calendar
3. Click Copy calendar public link to your clipboard

Connect the calendar (recommended: subscribe by URL)

This is the best option if you want events to keep updating over time.

1. Open your calendar app
2. Look for an option like Add calendar by URL / iCal / Subscribe
3. Paste the link you copied from RevasOS
4. Save

You can now configure notifications/reminders in your calendar app.

Sync notes

Subscribed iCal calendars may not update instantly. Refresh frequency depends on the provider/calendar app.

Alternative: import an .ics file (no auto-sync)

You can also open the link in a browser to download an .ics file and import it into your calendar.

Manual import

This option does not auto-sync. If you change events in Timesheets, you must import again.

Link security

Treat the “public link” as sensitive: anyone with the link may be able to view the included events. Avoid sharing it publicly.
